Greetings Readers!
My name is James and on this blog I combine two of my passions: writing and helping others by coaching and advising on topics from motivation to physical fitness. I am hoping to assign some guest authors soon to write some articles on my blog from a different perspective. I hope you find something in this blog you can use and become better for it.
I graduated from Liberty University cum laude with a baccalaureate in Psychology with specializations in Christian counseling and life coaching. I have a heart to help others to solve their own problems and overcome obstacles so they can meet with the maximum amount of success. I want also to impart knowledge that will help optimize the lives of my readers.

Rules
This blog is about life coaching, fitness, motivation, inspiration, nutrition, health and other good stuff to help my readers live life to the fullest. Like with most other good things in life, there are a few rules:
1. Please refrain from using obscenities or profanities in the comments
2. No God-bashing. Be respectful of the Creator.
3. Stay positive, do not argue with other guests to my site. Concentrate on building people up, instead of tearing them down.
4. Please do not post links to spam on my blog.
5. Do not harass any other readers on the blog
I hope you are inspired and motivated by my articles. Be an Extraordinaire!
Best Regards,
James A. Majors
